1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing galaa.com or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Business Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GALAA CORP CO., LTD. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GALAA provides a digital magazine subscription service. Subscribers receive access to GALAA magazine issues in PDF format. The number of issues accessible depends on the subscription plan selected. All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice to subscribers.

4. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as the original purchase
Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by our payment provider
All transactions are processed securely via HTTPS
A PDF of your current issue is available for download immediately upon successful payment

5. Digital Content Delivery

Upon successful subscription payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for the current issue PDF. New issues are published monthly and you will be notified by email when each new issue is available. Download links are valid for the duration of your active subscription.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at galaa.mag@gmail.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain access to all downloaded PDF issues after cancellation
No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the PDF has been downloaded
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the PDF was not downloaded and a valid reason is provided
Refunds for technical issues preventing download will be processed within 7 business days
Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided

8. Intellectual Property

All content in GALAA magazine including text, photography, design, and layout is the exclusive property of GALAA CORP CO., LTD. or its contributors. Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read issues for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

GALAA CORP CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
